Shipping:
All orders will be shipped same day as received, whenever
possible.
COD charge is $5.00 per order.
Packing charge on regular orders valued over one hundred dollars
is $3.00 per order.
Returns:
Prior authorization from Log Pro, must be received before
returning any merchandise. Returns must be requested within
30 days and must be delivered within 60 days.
There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise after
60 days.
When products are returned, we need to know if you want credit
on your account, or returned by check or credit on your credit
card. If the product was originally purchased on your credit
card, it must be returned on the credit card.
Lost or Short Shipment:
If an incomplete shipment is received, please notify Log Pro
immediately. If necessary, we will gladly send a tracer to
locate the lost parcel. Please understand that Log Pro will
only be responsible for claims received within 10 days of
the shipment date.
Damaged Shipment:
Log Pro is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise
after it is delivered to or picked up by the carrier.
Before accepting any shipment from a carrier, it should be
inspected for external/internal damage, and report any damage
to the carrier's agent. Follow the carrier's instructions.
Then, report any damage to Log Pro. We will work with you
on ways to resolve the problem. Do not return any merchandise
without authorization from Log Pro. |
